Super22 Terms & Conditions – Read Before You Start Playing

📝1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Super22 ("Platform", "We"). These terms govern your use of the website, services, and all products offered by Super22, including sports betting, e-sports, live casino, online lottery, and virtual sports.

By accessing the Super22 website, creating a new account, making a deposit, or placing any form of bet, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms contained in this document. This agreement includes any additional terms that may appear in specific sections of the Super22 platform.

To register and use Super22's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Being a legal resident or citizen of Malaysia, or an individual accessing the platform from a location where such use is permitted by law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or banned from any gambling platform.
• Not representing or acting on behalf of any individual who does not meet the above eligibility requirements.

👤3. Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to open and hold one (1) active account on Super22 at any one time. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual – whether using a different name, phone number, IP address, or payment method – is a violation of these terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Notify Super22 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless you can prove that unauthorized access took place.

Super22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates these terms.

💳4. Deposits & Payment Methods

Super22 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• Digital Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other participating FPX banks

The minimum deposit at Super22 is RM10 and all deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the Super22 account holder. Super22 does not accept deposits from third parties or unidentifiable sources.

All deposits are processed within less than 2 minutes under normal circumstances. If a delay exceeds 15 minutes, please contact Super22's support team with proof of transaction.

💰5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Super22 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Processing time is between 5 to 15 minutes for general inquiries.
• Users must complete the identity verification process (KYC) before making their first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 per month.
• Super22 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals deemed unusual or exceeding certain limits.

Bonuses received cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they can be cashed out.

🎁6. Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Super22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• 150% Welcome Bonus: Subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus value within 14 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses from the previous week. Credited every Monday at 12:00 noon.
• Birthday Bonus: Automatically credited on the member's birthday. Requires an active account within 30 days prior to the birthday.

Super22 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or strategies deemed unfair — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

🏆7. General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Super22 are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances expressly stated by Super22.
• In the event of a technical error causing a bet to be placed at incorrect odds, Super22 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
• The results of all matches are final once confirmed by the relevant sports governing body.
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be fully refunded, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific terms.
• The minimum bet limit is RM1 and the maximum limit varies depending on the market and sport selected.

For live betting, odds may change at any time during a match. A bet is only considered valid once full confirmation has been received by the Super22 system.

🚫8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Super22 platform:

• Opening more than one account or registering under another person's name.
• Using automated bots, hacking software, or any technology designed to exploit the platform.
• Arbitrage betting or any other strategy designed to unfairly eliminate risk.
• Sharing your account details with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in any money laundering activities via the Super22 platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about Super22 to other users.

⚖️9. Super22 Liability Limits

Super22 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or network issues beyond Super22's reasonable control.
• Your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Betting outcomes that are valid under the rules of the relevant sport.
• Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the Super22 platform.

In cases where Super22 is found liable, our total liability shall not exceed your net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

🔐10. Privacy & Data Protection

Super22 is committed to protecting user privacy in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of platform operation, identity verification, and legal compliance.

Super22 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except:

• Required by Malaysian law or court order.
• Required to prevent fraud or criminal activity.
• Required by contracted third-party service providers supporting Super22's operations, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

🔄11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Super22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through:

• In-platform pop-up notification upon next login.
• A notification email to your registered email address.
• Notices prominently displayed on the Super22 homepage.

Continued use of the Super22 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible balances.

🏛️12. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through voluntary negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the relevant party may refer the matter to arbitration or an appropriate court in Malaysia.

Accessing the Super22 platform from outside Malaysia is entirely at the user's own risk to ensure such use is lawful in their location. Super22 makes no representation that its content or services are suitable or available outside Malaysia.
